Gourmet festival at the Restaurant Kirchsteiger
Chef Christian Pircher has received numerous awards for his culinary creations
His skills have made him South Tyrol’s youngest star chef. Only the freshest and best-quality produce finds its way into his kitchen. There are two restaurants to choose from: either the inn or the gourmet restaurant, with 4 or 6-course gourmet menus available as well as à la carte.
Guests choosing half-board can enjoy a four-course menu with, according to the day of the week, a choice of three courses from our traditional menu. Vegetarians and those suffering from allergies are also catered for and looked after by our experienced team and our health and nutrition consultant Anni Pircher.
The restaurant has a wonderful sun terrace, the ideal place to indulge yourself with culinary delicacies in the summer.
