Restaurant Opening Hours
The stated opening hours apply for the period from March 22, 2026 to January 5, 2027.
On 24.12. the restaurant is completely closed.
On 01.01. the restaurant is closed for lunch.
Company holidays: January 6, 2027 – until two weeks before Easter
During the above period, our restaurant kitchen is open as follows:
- 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- 6:15 PM – 9:30 PM
- DAY OFF: THURSDAY

Chef Christian Pircher has received numerous awards for his culinary creations.
His skills have made him South Tyrol’s youngest star chef. Only the freshest and best-quality produce finds its way into his kitchen. There are two restaurants to choose from: either the inn or the gourmet restaurant, with 4 or 6-course gourmet menus available as well as à la carte.
Guests choosing half-board can enjoy a four-course menu with.
The restaurant has a wonderful sun terrace, the ideal place to indulge yourself with culinary delicacies in the summer.
